Your aligners are made just for your smile. Wear them 22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush or floss.

Every week or two, you’ll switch to a fresh set of trays. There’s no need for braces “tightening,” but you’ll still drop by our office every so often so we can check your progress.
